We are not a healthcare provider, do not provide medical advice, and are not responsible for the clinical care provided by any psychiatrist listed on our site. Listing on Zenmind does not constitute an endorsement of any provider.

• Information on this site is provided for informational purposes only. Always verify a provider's credentials independently.
• Contact with a psychiatrist through Zenmind does not establish a patient-provider relationship.
• Reviews you submit must be based on your genuine experience. False or defamatory reviews are prohibited.

• By claiming your profile, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to practice in the locations listed.
• You are responsible for keeping your profile information current, including your availability and contact details.
• You may not use Zenmind to mislead patients about your qualifications, fees, or availability.
• We reserve the right to remove or flag profiles that contain inaccurate or misleading information.
• If you have not claimed your profile and wish to have it removed from the directory, email hello@zenmind.care with your name and NPI number. Removal requests are processed within 5 business days.

The Zenmind name, logo, and site design are our property. Profile content contributed by psychiatrists remains theirs. Review content submitted by patients is licensed to Zenmind for display on the site.

Zenmind is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or from your interactions with any psychiatrist found through the site.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
