Zenmind ("we," "us," or "our") operates zenmind.care, a free directory of independent psychiatrists. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our website.

We collect information in two ways:

• From psychiatrists who claim their profile: name, credentials, email address, phone number, office address, NPI number, and profile content you provide (bio, photo, specialties, fees).
• From patients leaving reviews: email address and the review content you submit.
• Automatically: standard web server logs, including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited. We do not use third-party analytics trackers.

• To display psychiatrist profiles to patients searching for care.
• To allow psychiatrists to manage their own profiles and respond to reviews.
• To generate and send review invitation links on behalf of psychiatrists.
• To operate and improve the website.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except as required to operate the service (e.g., our hosting provider, Supabase).

Psychiatrist profile information — including name, credentials, location, and NPI number — is sourced from the publicly available National Plan & Provider Enumeration System (NPPES) maintained by CMS.

If you are a psychiatrist and wish to update your profile, you may claim it. To request removal of your listing entirely, email us at hello@zenmind.care with your name and NPI number. We will process removal requests within 5 business days.

We use only essential cookies required for authentication (login sessions). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Claimed profile data is retained as long as the account is active. Unclaimed stub profiles may be removed at any time. Reviews are retained indefinitely unless removed at a psychiatrist's request following our review policy. You may request deletion of your account and data by contacting us.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. To make a request, contact us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.
